I have the privilege of knowing Ernst Jünger personally. My family often visited his home when I was a little boy. Thank you for this outlook on our present time and era. Yes it is the darkest hour before dawn...
We have been in the Kali Yuga for very long time, as Guenon said. Also, we might be at the very end of it as he also pointed out, but not explicitly since this is a dangerous topic. There is nothing to be "understood" about Tradition. You either have it in your noble blood or not, and in case you do then you can get initiated in some of it's higher castes. So this is not an intellectual issue, but a racial one. The problem with people thinking, writing, etc. about Tradition is that they do not have enough noble blood (only few percent of European population were nobles, and population doubled since then; also many collapses occurred since then), so they (we) just do not get it and they (we) never will.
Very interesting, thank you Dr Bart.

Correction: of having known him personally.

The word 'kenning' might be best, rather than 'understood'. As in 'a deeper knowing'.
Thanks for the comment.
