Phisto Sobanii and Constantin von Hoffmeister talk about the American Empire, the vibe shift towards the right, America’s role in the multipolar world, movies as the quintessential American art form, the vast beauty of the American landscape, David Lynch and America’s exit from the Black Lodge, and more.
Talking abut old movies, have either of you ever seen "Beat the Devil"? Humphrey Bogart, Gina Lollobrigida, Peter Lorre, Robert Morley, etc., etc.. It's old (1940's?) and was apparently written on a daily basis as they were filming, everybody probably drunk on a regular basis. It's outrageous and hilarious. If you just want a lark with everyone enjoying the hell out of it, this is a good one. Typical wayward grifters managing to screw everything up and the innocent babes in the woods walking away with everything. Wonderful.

Thanks lads. Lots of food for thought in this episode. And now for Top Gun 2! Never thought I’d be watching that !
A social studies teacher of Mayflower stock unable to answer "What is an American"? Sad.
We're Europeans who ethnogensized into a unique ethnicity due to integration with frontier conditions. This is not complicated to define.
This excludes non Europeans and additionally excludes Europeans who migrated post 1900 after the frontier was fully explored.

You must be so proud!
Certainly. It is always a blessing to see Mayflower Americans to get coverage and advocate on behalf of our folk.
