And of course the notion of the infamous trail of "Arkancides" in the Untied States and other suspicious incidents in its chief partner on t'other side of the sea.
Thank you for this publication!
Returning to the scene, the occurrences listed in the article all refer to UNSUCCESSFUL assassinations and the possibility that these are, rather, intended to be warnings rather than mortal. In that respect, Donald Trump's incident is pretty clearly one where luck was the principal element of the outcome. So for me it's safe to say for now that these are all genuine attempts, failing only in (a) the altered climate around the global psychology of threat and (b) the developing incompetence (loss of confidence) in the perpetrating organisation(s).
All true, but bear in mind that political murder is an age-old instrument. It has always been the last resort for certain kinds of politicians and political systems. The murders you are referring to here may also be an indication that the currently prevailing system in the West is in deep crisis (see also Thierry Breton's departure from the EuSSR commission).
A useful insight.
Remember also John Magufuli and Shinzo Abe.
