Can a traditionalist culture generate the technology needed for current and future conditions?

Can a traditionalist alliance generate "soft power" to appeal to public opinion in the USA and the West?

Can the current conflict in Ukraine be concluded without a greater disaster, so that any confrontation will occur in terms of peaceful development and the attraction of achievement and wellbeing rather than armed conflict?

The USA and the West are suffering decay in their free and liberal institutions, but they have a history and strong public support for these values nonetheless. Russia never has. Russia is not a convincing standard bearer, even for people who are sympathetic to a traditionalist turn in Western politics, due to its historic and current despotism and brutality. Traditionalists in the USA and the West have a liberal and constitutional tradition that goes back to the Medieval period, and then farther into antiquity. So there are multiple paths of historical development, and multiple sources of tradition to draw on for the present and future.
