I am really sorry to indicate the whole spirit of the article fully recollects of... Hitler's narrative just before WWII. Nazi Germany was ALONE and determined to start a global war; "butter or canons" was its main policy motto (In 1936, Hermann Goering, the Reich Marshal with alarge girth, said in a radio broadcast: "Guns will make us powerful; butter will only make us fat".)
Today the Russian Federation is NOT ALONE. The Global Majority is supporting it - let alone so many other political forces all over the world. I also point out the date (12 March): such an article PUBLISHED , WHATEVER the date of its creation, just three days before the elections with a spirit completely opposite to President Putin statements. The originally correct orientation does not presupposes such a DRAMATIC degree of measures. On the contrary, it smells fear. An element which does not characterize the Russian Federation policy, strategy, and tactics.
For example, what does it mean... "extraordinary" measures concerning falling birth rates? Industrial level of intercourses? What does is mean "any other currency"? Is this an insinuation concerning yuan? "Crime on a historical scale": is this an expression coming from a wise philosopher against a victorious leadership? "Militarization requires a change of elites": easy to say, hard to accomplish. What is the meaning "the 90s elites must go, and new elites — heroes and martyrs, creators and bearers of the highest moral principle" - whoever would have said it? A SMO veteran would submit his / her medals to shift automatically to an elite? What would an "moral elite" mean? What would "the best — elite! — education in an accelerated manner" mean? Moral does not be enhanced by acceleration. Impatience has never been a good advisor.
