“Wokism” is a false concept it is an imputation of scorn against an imagined group of people. There is no such animal. I always love to hear from Dugin, but he tries to redefine reality as a political conspiracy from an elite perspective. He misrepresents the rich liberal tradition that stems from the Enlightenment. Using it as if it were a flag wielded by a mob. He is caught in ideology and cannot see the world but for his lens of view. I don’t think he understands much but he imputes very much.
In America the term libertarian's doesn't necessarily mean someone who sees themselves as being liberal in the sense of the "enlightenment" or discounting group collective identities. It's generally someone who has seen the society decline over generations at the hands of the government and oligarchs and looks upon limiting the government as a means of defense from it.
