For me as a westerner, it is cristal clear that the survival of Poland as a nation and a civilization depends on good relations with Russia and separation from the neoliberal globalist ideology. Why doesn't the Polish people see this?
Because your russian propaganda finds no foothold in Polish society. According to a 2023 Pew Research Center poll, only 2% of Poles expressed a favorable view of Russia, the lowest in Europe. Over 90% of Poles see Russia as a major threat, blaming Putin for invading Ukraine.
Because Russian imperialism has traumatised Poles for centuries, and they fear Russia and actively oppose its influence. They spent a decade trying to break free (this time), and clamored to join NATO as soon as they could
Dislike of Russia crosses party lines in Poland - whether liberal or nationalist, most Polish politicians take a hardline stance against Russia.
Maybe in a few decades, after Russia hasn't invaded neighbors for awhile.
Poland must finally wake up to the new geopolitical reality. Clinging to outdated narratives about Russia only weakens its position and serves the interests of others, not its own. Russia today neither intends nor is capable of threatening Polish sovereignty—the real danger lies in allowing Warsaw to become a pawn in someone else's strategic game. A sober reassessment of relations with Moscow is long overdue, not as an act of naiveté, but as a cold calculation of national interest.
This approach is telling, since it forces the current Polish elites to "grow up" and move past rigid lines of the western system and into a geopolitical space that considers Polish interests first and foremost. Perhaps it is also an issue with Polish geopolitical views, which are rooted in history, but are having hard time shifting into the new realities of today, which has been a perennial issue in Polish politics.
I never understood how Polish are so stubborn in their russophobia. I've encountered many Polish people and travel there several times and it seems like the hate for Russia is in their DNA. They justify it always with the same old rhetoric of the USSR occupation but some other countries that suffered the same occupation like Slovakia or Hungary, got over it and matured the idea that Russia is actually a good natural ally. I don't know if Polish people will open their eyes one day or if they will be too busy licking the feet of the US.

Poland and Russia must make peace. Both Slavic Nations, must live among each other as Brothers.
