I look forward to the day when the author's book is translated into English from Czech. I'm particularly intrigued by the comment on education that few observers mention nowadays -- the need for younger generations to be "taking experience from people with longer experience." In the U.S. public school system, this idea doesn't exist, especially with a recent teacher shortage. The engineering teacher has never worked as an engineer. The English language arts teacher has never written so much as a letter-to-the-editor to the local news web site, but (s)he supposedly instructs teenagers on how to become professional writers. The American education system rarely features teachers who can pass on years of accumulated knowledge.
That's all well and good but it ignores what's really going on, the Geopolitical Tectonic Shift (GTS), which is the background or context of what's happening. GTS is, in brief, the death throes of the 500 year old European (Anglo-Zionist, USraeli, Western) Empire. It's the massive elephant in the middle of it all. The West is sinking and the Rest of the World (RoW) is rising. And there's nothing anyone can do about. It's a natural cycle - Empires are born and eventually they die. It's like earthquakes and tornadoes - they can't be stopped - they just need to be dealt with. The only option is to adapt, which we're good at.
