We understand your concern, but it would not be economically feasible. In nearly 700 pages, there is no shortage of content. Many of the artworks discussed are widely available online and have been specially featured in downloadable form in compendium that you can download. Printing 700 pages alongside 178 images would make the book unaffordable.
