I think main issue with liberals is that they "hate" Tradition and/or think that anti-Tradition is superior. It is easy to "hate" today's France and have aversion to people living there because France represents the antithesis of what it used to be in the "old world". But even liberals would be put in their place in the presence of real nobility, which does not exists for some time, but it might reappear again when today's Europe dies.

It's exciting to see translations of Dugin's ideas soon after they are released, thanks.

Makes sense. It's why it feels like I'm fighting for a group of people who refuse to be saved.

"liberals need to be treated."

No doubt. And not just liberals.

What really needs to be treated, however, is Polarization.

Namely, the diremption, or pulling apart between the Right and the Left, liberal/conservative, reactionary/reformatory, communism/fascism, that began in a formidable way toward the end of the 18th century. There's lots of evidence, and little doubt, that the Left has been kicking the Right's ass since the French Revolution. A fact that Reverend Dabney pointed out in so many words in 1871!

In any event, the only alternative to the Right and Left that is available to us in the West, that in fact began to emerge around the same period of cultural history is the phenomenon known as Cultural Transcendence, a term coined by the cultural historian and behaviorist Morse Peckham (1914-1993), late of the Universities of Pennsylvania and later South Carolina, a man at home in both the Arts & Science, a rarity today (he was asked to edit the variorum edition of Darwin's Origin of Species).

For a brief sketch of what is meant by Cultural Transcendence and what it involves feel free to check on this entry on my page here. https://paulrothwell.substack.com/p/cultural-transcendence

But, of course, for a more satisfactory and in-depth study consult Peckham's work.

The Stalinist funny pages. I continue to look at him to see if it may be safe to laugh yet.

That's what tradition is, is honoring and following the cultural rules that are in harmony with the logos from the past.

Exactly. One should endeavor to be in concert with God’s will, nobility included. Noblesse oblige is a real concept, it means that the aristocracy owes their place to the people below them and must set a good example.
