I think it's globalists using the USA to establish a world government. Davos is not exactly American. The Frankfurt school has had more influence on American current culture than the other way around. Woke ideology is definitely not American. The rules based order is not American. Yes there is a neocon element in American politics, but that is not America. Talk to the average American and you will quickly find out that they have no interest in dominating or leading the world.
