Europe - or at least the EU - is a basket case. Quite apart from depending on the US to defend it, it has been ruled by globalists who care nothing for their native populations, and have allowed, and still largely allow, unassimilable barbarians to flood Europe, endanger the population, parasitize on it economically, and in the case of Muslims, deliberately set out to change the societies by a range of different forms of jihad, the most obvious one being womb jihad.

That said, the idea that European countries are actually in danger - from Russia of course - is nonsense. Post-communist Russia has never threatened any country of Western Europe. The real threat to national security is that posed by the West - the US neocons and military-industrial complex, with their NATO clients (both literally and metaphorically) - to RUSSIA's national security. NATO's continuous expansion, against the clear undertaking given in 1990 by US Secretary Baker to Mikhail Gorbachev of "not one inch to the east", has been provocative enough, but the US's engineering of a coup in 2012 against President Yanukovich and then using Ukraine as a proxy to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian, is a massive and shameful mistake.

The Warsaw Pact disbanded in 1991 and after it became clear during the 1990s (when Yeltsin won several elections) that communism was not coming back to Russia, NATO should have disbanded. Its ONLY justification now is to provide US arms manufacturers with captive markets and keep the populations of Western countries panicked about the non-existent Russian threat.

Trump surely wants peace, and good, constructive economic relations with post-communism Russia, and this is exactly what Europe needs to pursue. Instead we have globalist MORONS like Macron, Starmer and now Merz, pursuing anything BUT their own national interests.

The EU has become a totalitarian, overbearing monster and the sooner it dies, the better. It doesn't need to jack up military spending - there is no threat from Russia. It has massive internal problems, both economic and social, and should allow individual countries to tackle these.
