How Hollywood and the Deep State Are Preparing Americans for the Coming Civil War
by Alexander Markovics
Alexander Markovics argues that the deep state, driven by globalist elites, is strategically preparing Americans for an impending civil war through cultural manipulation, political polarization, and the upcoming 2024 election, which serves as a trigger for this conflict.
“Freedom over Democracy!” — How the Deep State is Preparing Americans for Civil War
“Are you ready to choose freedom over democracy, because that’s America” — what sounds like the words of a civil war party leader was said by American President Joe Biden on April 18 to his Democratic Party supporters in Philadelphia. And it is not an isolated case: Considering the American pop culture of recent years, as well as numerous books from globalist circles and the US media, one gets the impression that America’s “left half” is not interested in a peaceful transfer of power and is preparing for a civil war to retain power. More than four years of Joe Biden have left the country in a disastrous state: the state of the border with Mexico, mass immigration, escalating crime, infrastructure collapse, the opioid crisis, endless wars in Ukraine and the Middle East, a politicized judiciary that no longer delivers justice, and the gender madness have brought the once proud nation of the USA into severe distress and deeply divided it. It is no coincidence that Donald Trump still leads the polls even after the verdicts against him. It seems that the deep state is now beginning to prepare its citizens for the unimaginable by making it slowly conceivable: civil war.
Civil War — A Film to Program the American Public
Civil War — a new film by British director Alex Garland, more precisely a British-American co-production — comes to cinemas at a time when the USA is more divided than ever. In the film, a civil war erupts after a president, clearly modeled after Donald Trump, unlawfully extends his term for a third time, dissolves the FBI, and orders the bombing of the separatist states of California and Texas. These states then unite and march on Texas to overthrow the perceived tyrant. The viewer follows the events through the eyes of a group of war reporters documenting the madness in war-torn America. The scenes are intense: tortured looters, battles where no one knows who is shooting at whom, culminating in a death squad loyal to the president that liquidates all people not born in the USA. What can be read at times as a parable on Western war reporting in the Middle East and the rest of the world — an American girl running as a suicide bomber with the US flag in her hand into a food distribution station and blowing herself up – quickly reveals itself as a globalist revenge fantasy, ending with Abram tanks from the separatist states storming the White House and the president begging for his life before being executed by a black soldier without batting an eyelid. What the images apparently aim to evoke in the viewer is the thought: “Trump and everything he symbolizes must die!” Given the intense political climate in the USA and the heightened polarization exacerbated by the Biden administration, it is difficult to view this film as a mere artistic coincidence without a political agenda. Civil War appears to be designed to influence the US public towards accepting the notion of civil war.
The 2024 Election Could Trigger Significant Violence
Even at the government level, preparations for civil war are advancing. In its 2024 outlook, the Department of Homeland Security warns that the upcoming election cycle could trigger significant violence. According to 2022 surveys by The Economist and YouGov, over 40% of Americans believe a civil war is likely or very likely within the next decade. Additionally, nearly one in four Americans supports the idea of their state seceding, with this sentiment being most prevalent in Texas, Alaska, and California.
The Core of the Conflict: The Great Awakening vs. the Great Reset
The political core of the conflict can, of course, be roughly reduced to the global struggle between those forces supporting the Great Reset and globalization (globalists, Democrats in the USA) and the supporters of a Great Awakening of the peoples (patriots, Republicans). It is no coincidence that the globalist thinker and American political scientist Barbara Walter, in her book How Civil Wars Start, talks about a “toxic mix” of conspiracy theories, armed militias, cultural tribalism, polarization, and political extremism, which leads people to wish for the end of (post-) modern society to be able to build a new one. One could argue that there is an ongoing conspiracy by globalist elites against the American people, evident in perpetual wars, mass immigration, gender policies, and COVID measures. Critics believe that without resistance, these actions will ultimately harm the population. While supporters of the Great Awakening have largely remained peaceful, there is concern about the potential for elites to resort to violence.
Not North vs. South, but City vs. Country: No Civil War Like in the 19th Century
Anyone picturing the American Civil War of 1861-1865, with its clear division between North and South, does not need to look far back to imagine a second civil war in the USA. The events following the death of George Floyd in the summer of 2020, which led to widespread protests and significant clashes with the police, challenged the statehood of the USA under Trump’s presidency. These events provide a contemporary glimpse into how a new civil conflict could arise, characterized by chaos and division rather than defined battle lines. Following the pattern of color revolutions in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, the USA experienced for the first time civil war-like riots that turned some parts of the USA into an image of war-torn Iraq. For the first time, black-clad antifa activists appeared in the USA as a European phenomenon. Similar chaotic scenes could be seen again, such as those on January 6, 2021, when angry Trump supporters protested what they believed was a stolen election. However, if a future scenario involved President Joe Biden refusing to peacefully transfer power to Trump, it could escalate into armed conflict between Trump and Biden supporters. Unlike the Civil War of the 19th century, this conflict would not have clear fronts; instead, it would follow city/country and center/periphery divides. For instance, in Maine, the densely populated coast mostly voted for Biden in 2020, while the sparsely populated inland areas voted for Trump. Such a conflict would be extremely chaotic and might only be resolved through intervention by US Army units or state National Guards, assuming they have not dissolved or reorganized by then.
Dark Prospects for the Future of the USA: The Divided States of America
A long-planned civil war appears to be brewing in the USA. The root cause seems to be the efforts of globalist elites to prevent a peaceful revolution against the Great Reset in the heartland of globalism. The upcoming elections in the USA are seen as the planned trigger for this conflict. Cultural products like the film Civil War are not merely reflections of the polarized mood in the West and, particularly, the USA; they are part of an agenda to prepare Americans for the possibility of a civil war while simultaneously pushing them towards it.
The constant escalation of the conflict between supporters of the Great Reset and the Great Awakening, driven by the deep state in the USA, makes a civil war seem increasingly inevitable. This deep state represents the entrenched interests that Trump could not eliminate during his first term. It would be preferable for Americans to avoid such an apocalyptic scenario, which their government has previously caused in other countries around the world. However, it appears that those in Washington have different plans for the future of the USA.
(translated by Constantin von Hoffmeister)
I don't think there is possibility of Great Awakening on the large scale. USA population is generally so weak that any kind of conscious effort on the large scale on any side is not possible. More likely scenario is combination of Mad Max situation and digital concentration camps which are the idea of the Great Reset. "Deep State" is so powerful and masses are so weak that they can pretty much do whatever they want at this point. They are doing that for a long time already. On the other hand, there might be some small groups which maybe can do something about the Great Awakening.
Alain de Benoist quote is appropriate here:
... modernity will not be transcended with a grand soir (a secular version of the Second Coming of Christ), but with the appearance of thousands of auroras, i.e., the birth of sovereign spaces liberated from the domination of the modern.
America's last Civil War originated in the national Congress at a time when state governments still had most of the power.
This cannot be replicated in an urban-rural conflict mostly because state, county and municipal government are all on the Federal dole which De-Dollarization will collapse. This was ironically how Democrats, Wilson thru FDR, sought to subjugate Republicans via the national government they had rebelled against. They saw it as a populist victory over RObber Barons of the Gilded Age, Progessive Era due to all the depressions which is what made the New Deal popular.
Since the USSR collapse, "Triumphalists" have isolated America and ISreal like never before: consolodting enemies as never before whose military or ecnomic defeat gains ZOG nothing.
It's not even hubris. It's stupid.
The American Dream was never anything more than getting rich and the Kissinger Petro-Printing Press-Dollar made that way too easy for those with gov't connections, about the same time the US started playing "Isreal's Lawyer".
No onei n power today at any level will be able to deal with a total currency collapse.
I think that's why they wont to move to digital but that's even more untrustworty especially if the tech infrastructure also collapses which is likely.
We live in an overly complex civilization which Islamists have noted and are probaly right in that we'll descent into chaos without it.
I think we'll have a totally ineffective Federal gov't with localized efforts to organize something which will be variagated but hardly coherent enough for any kind of civil war. I doubt even the U.S. military will be efficacious to any degree. The aren't smart enough and haven'tthe disciplne, weapons nor training to deal with anything like this although there wil be lots of "wanna be" goobers.
I'd say, think Venzuela or Argentina for generations to come.
We should be thinking of a Second American Republic that is not all that much like the First.
