This is what we need more of. Rational optimism.

This is the history of communism. It destroyed everything, small businesses, religion, families, schools. Then it collapses on itself.

Dream on folks. Lawfare is just the tip of the iceberg. In the entire EU, except perhaps in a few places like Italy and Spain, where there are still a few serious judges, the judicial system has been thoroughly feminized and corrupted. The author of this piece apparently has no idea about the true situation. Education, science, academia, the police, government, just about every pillar sustaining the sorry remnants of European culture and civilization has been irreparably corrupted and Americanized. US and Anglo judicial concepts have long been creeping in to further destroy what was left of original European (Roman) legal culture. While it may be true that the entire edifice is on the verge of collapse, it seems to be a rather violent one. I repeat, as Martin van Creveld once observed: Europe will be experiencing new "Middle Ages", which will be not as long as prevailing invented chronology would have it, but shorter. But the violence and overall uncertainty will be of the same degree. Perhaps a new Europe will emerge, but it probably needs to start from scratch.

Lo spero ma le elite globalista di Bruxelles hanno fagocitato tutte le magistrature europee e sarà difficile contrastarle.

Well written, and correct when the author said that he is a "sunny optimist". Lawfare is powerful, pervasive, dangerous... No one has so far offered any practical, realistic idea of how to effectively oppose it and defeat it. It seems to be unstoppable.

I’m convinced the Neo-Liberal world order is running out of steam. Idealistic young folks going into politics will avoid it because its run out of ideas and canno longer solve problems. There were quick turnarounds in my own lifetime in politics. The hard turn to the far-left in 1968 and the all of Communism in 1989-1990.
