Great writing, but make it more radical. Watch Fight Club again.

Well, yeah! Not to argue any of this. But, what's the answer?

How many chainsaws are there? You're going to use one or have at it with the axe and bow saw.

Cars?

A 1974 Steyr-Pusch "Ponzgauer" is my pride and joy. But I don't drive it around much because the parts are NOS. When SHTF, though, we'll be ready! Ha!

Firearms? Nothing like a P08 or C96. Baretta carries that thinking on with P38 (another good pistol) varients way above the ubiquitous GLock which, howver, works just fine of that's all you want.

(I don't shoot the C96 much, either.)

The question is, what do you want to do?

After that, what you chose to do it with is less important.

And the first thing to do is have time: you have to have is time to figure it all out, outside the daily grind.

That is the real "consumer",,,of your life : the daily grind, so somebody else can raise above Ikea to Super-Ikea or rmaybe even Gold or Platinum Ikea.

Nothing will make a Marxist out of you faster than a successful capitalist and vise versa : two faces of the same disaster. Even Croesus understood it, after a while.
